This Privacy Policy describes how Masculine Identity Reset™, operated by Mark & Kimmie Gagarin ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ash2iron.com or submit an application through this site.
We only collect information you give us directly. Specifically, when you submit an application we collect:

Your application is reviewed by Mark or a member of the team to determine whether the program is a fit for you. If you are accepted into a discovery call or the program, we use your contact information to communicate with you about scheduling, onboarding, and program-related matters.
We will never use your application content for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
Application data is stored in a secure database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We use Cloudflare for hosting and email routing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
If you become a client, we retain your information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and continuity purposes. If you submit an application but do not become a client, we may retain your information for up to two years in case you want to reapply.
